Yes, the background of the cards is stamps. I got a set of stamps that has all sorts of words...so I just chose words that went with the theme I was going for and stamped all over with those :) The stamps are magnetic, and there's a magnetic wand type thing... so I just put the stamps that I want to use all over the wand and then stamp it.
Hmmm... might be easier if I post pictures of the stamp set??
