Blake had Novice Championships today. He SO rocks the water!!!
He got 5th place in the 50 yard freestyle. 10th place in the 50 backstroke and 6th in the 50 breaststroke!
After the meet his coach told him he'd better build a BIG trophy case :) LOL!!!
He got 2 nice medals and a really nice ribbon today. I'll have to take pics :)
I'm so glad he's finally found his niche :) He played soccer for about 6 years and then decided that wasn't for him. He tried T-ball. He tried hockey. He wanted to try basketball but when it was time to sign up he changed his mind. But swimming is DEFINITELY his sport! He has ALWAYS loved the water. As a matter of fact, Shelley made me a tray with various pics of Blake and the great majority of the pics are him in or near the water :)
