Anyhoo... what you can't see is the bottom of the skirt, which has these really cute flared bits... it's difficult to describe... but it's really cute :) I just found out the bottom of the skirt is called a "flounced hem". Too cute!!

New outfit.
Here is the new outfit I got for my niece's wedding in July :) Ignore the mess in the background... getting Mike off his butt to take a pic with a decent background was apparently just too much for him :(
